Coaching Options
Training that fits your life. Not the other way around.
Every plan I write starts with one question: what does your week actually look like? Not the ideal week — the real one. Kids, work, sleep, stress and all. From there, we build something that works.
Group Coaching
The Dad Runner Group Program
"Train alongside other busy dads who get it."
The Group Program is a structured 12-week training block designed around a shared goal event — a 10km, a half marathon, or a time target. You get a training plan built on Final Surge, individual pacing adjustments so it works for your fitness level, and a private group where other dads keep each other accountable.
Every week I host a live Q&A — or drop a recorded version if you can't make it — covering training, fuelling, recovery, and whatever else comes up. You're not training alone, but you're also not lost in a generic program.

1:1 Coaching
Fully Personalised 1:1 Coaching
"Your plan. Your pace. Your life."
1:1 coaching is for the dad who's serious about a specific goal and wants full personalised support to get there. I build your training plan from scratch — no templates, no copy-paste — based on your event, your current fitness, your weekly schedule, and what's worked (or hasn't) before.
Every week I review your sessions in Final Surge and adjust the plan based on how your body is responding. You can message me any time — before a session if you're unsure, after if something felt off, or just because you want to talk through your race strategy.
As a myotherapist, I bring an injury prevention lens to everything I write. We're not just chasing fitness gains — we're keeping you on the road long enough to use them.

Common Questions
Common Questions
Do I need to be a serious runner to work with you?
Not at all. My clients range from complete beginners who want to run their first 5km to experienced runners chasing a marathon PB. What matters is that you're committed to showing up consistently.
How much time do I need each week?
Most plans are built around 3 sessions per week, 25–50 minutes each. If you have more time, great — we can use it. If 3 sessions is all you've got, we make it count.
What platform do you use for training plans?
I use Final Surge, which syncs with Garmin, Apple Watch, Strava and most other platforms. It's free for athletes and easy to use.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. I adjust the plan around it — we don't try to cram missed sessions back in. One missed run won't derail your progress.
